People-centered and Place-based
We believe in holistic community development. We know that when people feel safe in their place and have a sense of belonging and purpose there, a shared desire to help each other grows.
Through collaboration and dialogue, we seek alternatives to the isolating and unhealthy attributes that define many of our communities around the world. We look for ways to come around people in community, nurture their capacities to lead, and celebrate their growth.
