Because we know servant leadership is not just theory

We practice servant leadership every day at “The Collegium,” located in the Tierra Vida community in East Pasco.

A collegium is a gathering space where people from diverse backgrounds come together to share ideas and learn and grow together.  Our Collegium hosts programs, services and events to foster inclusion and connection, and to share our story with the broader public.

Collegium Café

We offer an extensive menu, from quesadillas to fresh sandwiches, as well as daily lunch specials, specialty coffees, and cold drinks.  For larger business meetings or personal events, we  have two rooms available for rent, and can provide group catering.

Work Readiness Program

Through the practice of trauma informed care and servant leadership, we focus on healing, job training and leading by serving others.  Participation is open to those who are willing to work while also addressing personal development goals.

Community Engagement

We host a variety of events that are open to the public and provide education and nurturing in spiritual wellbeing.  Examples include a daily chapel from 9-9:30 a.m., a contemporary Stations of the Cross event on Good Friday, celebrations of International Women’s Day and occasional speaker forums on issues impacting our communities.

Invest in hope

You can be a part of transformation, hope and a new life for those with whom Centros works. Your gift enables us to reach out and serve more people on the road to economic, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
